Job Description

-Collect and summarize project plans, project goals, strategy, scheduling, potential risks and mitigating plans -Escalating critical issues and allocation of available resources -Support Project Managers by tracking the following types of the projects -Create reporting and presentations for stakeholders -Coordinate details of the projects across, to ensure project scope and schedule are adhered -Ensure proposed changes are aligned with objectives and are conducted in accordance with agreed upon project change processes -Provide transparency, documentation and communication of project status and risk -Develop and maintain good relationships with project managers (internal and external), IT technical teams, Security, and third party consultants to ensure project/program management tracking tools and processes are integrated between all teams on the project -Manage and maintain JIRA and any other web-based tracking tools

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in the field of Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration -3 years’ work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project development and execution -Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired -Familiarity with project management software, such as JIRA and MS Project -Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating -Strong written and oral communication skills -Strong interpersonal skills
