-Planning of projects from the beginning and monitoring to the end point
-Monitoring to Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and reports.
-Monitoring to Prepare analytic reports about progress and delay in project level and various management reports.
-Control cost, time and resources in order to update the project schedule.
- At least bachelor degree in industrial/civil engineering from recognized and reputable universities
Special Skills/ Knowledge:
-Mastering planning and control project
-Knowledge in PMBOK.
-Experience in cost/ income estimating, budgeting and control
- MS project or P6
- At least 10 years of experience in project management team of construction companies.
-Effective negotiation skills
-Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project
-Interested in delegation and team working
-Problem solving capability
