-Handle related documentations needed for quality management system -Planning of projects -Perform related activities for establishment of ISO standards -In-charge of managing storage process -Performing internal inspection at specified intervals and report. -Updating job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities. -Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety. -Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems, and procedures. -Writing management/technical reports. -Directing objectives to maximize profitability. -Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information. -Monitoring / evaluating the performance of quality control systems for improvement or corrective action. -Ensure project team understands local market conditions and can adapt delivery of processes to this -Assisting in execution of the project within time lines defined -Participation in meeting with client or company to discuss exactly what is needed -Participation in the process of agreement of timescales, costs and resources needed -Assist in draw up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project, including contingency plans in case any problems arise -Ensure they are familiar with overall project budgets -Supervising Project Quality and Risk Management -Assisting in escalates, manages and mitigates key risks to the Project -Progress reporting on projects to project manager -Join project managers on projects to be mentored and practice project management -Ensures that all projects are managed according to sound project management principles and they are learn as well as applied -Carries out other assignments in the field of organizational duties by superiors -Participate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO systems -Develop or revise process documentation including procedures, instructions, and forms in collaboration with process owners. -Appoint an internal audit team, assist in the implementation of internal audit, prepare an internal audit report and maintain internal and external audit records. -Apply and follow up corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance -Collection of reports needed for management review meetings and follow up Approvals of the Management Review Meeting -Participate in organizational risk assessment processes including process risks and environmental risks -Project planning and control in head office -Planning and controlling projects and their ongoing follow-up so projects are completed on time and on budget -Composing and editing management reports, especially periodic project control reports Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports -Provide Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Project Scheduling -Project Cost Management • Implementation of project management processes -Monitor, track or report project milestones and deliverable -Monitor & Control resources in order to update the project schedule -Prepare and Update Gant Chart
