Job Description
1. Preparing WBS, project schedule, resources, project charter and relevant procedures and instructions
2. Collecting project data and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress
3. Managing & controlling the cost of the projects including:
- Preparing project budget (BAC) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Attending in all project estimating meeting to collect the activities estimate.
- Review, analysis and updating of project cost forecast values.
- Controlling costs and estimating variance on budget costs against actual costs. (VAC & CP)
- Reconciliation of project cost reporting with accounting and financial records.
- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost management measures
- Maintenance of project Budget information.
4. Manage periodic corporate dashboard & analytic reports
5. Highlight the project team on issues sourcing project/portfolio level and various management reports
6. Identify & prioritize new projects
7. Preparing and presenting management reports
