Job Description
- Collecting, Controlling & Reporting all project data.
- Preparing data banks of activities.
- Updating the project executive plan , prepare management and progress reports.
- Study the requirements outlined in projects’ P.O. and contracts, and plan projects timelines by preparing WBS documents and defining the corresponding tasks.
- Assemble planning and cost deliverable by early engagement with the project team so as to support the project in a timely manner.
- Understand project documentation thus ensuring compliance with the scope of work and reflect in planning and cost deliverable.
- Issue weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Determining and preparing systemic and managerial documents required in project management.
