Job Description

The project coordinator is responsible for follow-up project status (scope, time, quality, cost, risk), ensuring communication to all stakeholders. And prepare, facilitate and challenge time schedules to balance time, cost, quality, and organizational effects in order to optimize projects. Note: This position is temporary and has a duration of 6 months’ employment. In addition to this, you will be responsible for: ● Assist project manager in all project phases. ● Follow up a project plan, time schedule, cost, quality during project implementation. ● Handle and control project documents. ● Ensure project documents are made and aligned with NN standard project model (PEM). ● Related project documents handling including contract handling, CR review, validation documents, etc., get PM approval following procedure. ● Communicate with relevant stakeholders. ● Coordinate cross-functional communication and cross boundaries collaboration. ● Ensure project activities and decisions are coordinated internally in the organization as well as externally. ● Follow-up procurement plan for the project and coordinate communication among sourcing, vendor, and stakeholders following procedure. ● Prepare agenda and meeting presentation as well as minutes and reports. ● Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar fields. ● MBA is an advantage. ● 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience. ● Minimum 1 year of project management experience. ● Experienced user of MS Office and MS Project. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Fluent in written and spoken English.
