Job Description

Do you want to be part of our Business support team in a pharmaceutical production site? As a Project Administrator you need to collaborate with project team members, project management and affiliate, you need to have a close relation with Novo Nordisk project team members and affiliate personnel in relation to administrative tasks coordination and compliance. You are responsible to develop and maintain administration guides, coordinate meetings and organizing venues and congress stands. We also expect you to be responsible for minor purchases, coordinating of food at the site and stationary controls. As an administrator you need to make travel arrangements for internal employees and external quests including airport transportation for Novo Nordisk staff and guests traveling to Iran for the project and supporting on boarding of new employees. In other hand you will be responsible for duties such as banks, notary, post office, tax office and work council. We also expect you to be responsible for the car maintenance repairs and act as primary contact to service company. For the transportation you will also be responsible for arranging cars for project team employees to the site and site catering (Lunch). Handling invoices and point of contact to Global Service Center, archiving contract management system and physical archiving is also part of the administrator’s tasks.

Requirements

We expect you to hold higher education in Business administration or Supply chain management with at least 2 years experience in that area. Experience from a multinational company is a benefit. Fluent English skills; written and oral Independent, structured and analytical thinking, strong communication skills and being able to understand and collaborate in an international environment is a must to succeed in the role as a Project Administrator.
