Job Description

- Develop and maintain project management methodology according to the international standards. - Propose and support implementation of the IT tools, if any. - Ensure communication of the Project Management Methodology. - Maintain processes to ensure project management documentations, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete. - Develop and maintain a basic understanding of customer policies and procedures. - Assist and advise all management teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a technology company. - Assist with establishing stakeholder management plan and implementation of the communication framework. - Provide assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO Coordinator. - Develop positive relationships with managers and staffs to enable the PMO Coordinator to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training. - Assist in managing enterprise level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges - Understand the deliverables of internal and external PMO customers and contribute to success through cooperative and collegial processes. - Advise and support all project managers in the project management best practices as communication, risk management, etc... - Track and report on projects portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects. - Keep and preserve projects and programs alignment with business strategy and requirements by analyzing the projects achievement and consumption. - Determine the project health by measuring the variance in scope, schedule, cost and Service KPI delivery from the respective baselines. - Cooperate closely with COO, senior manager (Line) and project managers to review, monitor projects for ensuring projects alignment and health. - Conduct periodic steering committee meeting and executive committee Meetings in order to ensure assigned tasks completion wellness and reviewing projects progress and managing risks and issues. - Track resource usage and ensure the optimization process establishment. - Manage the escalation process according the project management plans, regulating project governance. - Elaborate and follow the KPI’s and reporting progress of the projects. - Share the lessons learned of all projects. - Design and ensure follow up of the risk management plan. - Establish, implement and measure performance indicators for all technical projects and functional department’s design and development executive dashboard. - Prepare, analyze and report enterprise wide report to the senior manager (Planned vs. Actual for Project Cost, Schedule, Budget, Revenue, Profitability Report, and Milestone Progress). - Manage data quality control procedure. - Support to define and set individual and collective objectives (KPI’s) for the department, cascaded down from the general department objectives, within the performance review process. - Support to optimize and improve the department performance in terms of organization and proper size. Highlight specific training needs. - Supervise and follow the projects day-to-day activities, define priorities, choose orientations, and take decisions. Ensure coherence of mid- and long-term projects. - Organize and run regular department meetings to cascade the company strategic orientation and collect critical information (issues, problems, difficulties) to report for COO and senior manager (Line). - Motivate and engage project managers through regular communication and monitoring of the teams. - Monitor the department social climate to mediate and resolve project managers conflicts, if necessary. - Contribute to defining the department’s annual budget. Ensure its centralization and follow ups.

Requirements

- Good experience in telecom fields - Project Management - Proficient English. - Certified in PMP - Good Knowledge MS Pack Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio etc.) - Minimum of 9 years working experience in relevant technical field. - At least BS degree in related majors such as Project Management, etc. - Management of project managers of similar scope. - Management of teams of independent jobs.
