Job Description
● Guide and direct all production activities in order to achieve the goals of the organization (achieving the production target).
● Supervise the correct execution of production schedules.
● Reduction of material waste and waste of production resources.
● Implementation of production quality improvement projects in coordination with the quality and engineering unit.
● Development of instructions and executive methods related to production processes.
● Prepare work breakdown structure and Gantt chart for running activities.
● Create the maintenance structure and repairs of molds and other tools used.
● Identify and evaluate the contractor in accordance with the relevant instructions.
● Measurement and timing of production and optimal allocation of resources to projects.
● Knowledge management and training of subordinate forces.
● Plan to improve and increase production capacities.
● Attract and organize human resources in the area under supervision.
● Prepare continuous reports to production management.
● Define and compile production performance indicators and present the results in the form of regular reports.
● Prepare the required budget for the production of current projects and submit a report to the production management.
● Development and contracting with contractors outside the organization with the approval of production management and monitoring the performance of contractors.
● Review the status and financial documents of the contractors.
