In a fast-paced environment, you as production supervisor will be part of the manufacturing process and chief among day-to-day activities is to optimize the manufacturing process while minimizing the cost, take care of the people's safety as well as product safety. A DAY IN THE LIFE … • The first part of any day is looking is ensuring product and process compliance and adherence to regulatory compliance and enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards and schedule regular maintenance and ensure safe products through comprehensive execution of Quality Monitoring System and make sure finished products are consistent and produced to approved specifications. • You need to lead Nestlé Continues Excellence in the local leadership level by Providing timely and proper root cause analysis and problem-solving tools and coordinate TPM activities for current the Working Groups are held in Infant Formula line and track all the implementation activates all of them. • You will be responsible to ensure the achievement of First Time Right, line efficiency, reliability, and Master Scheduling Achievement as per targets and Labor coordination in terms of scheduling production together with production/shift supervisor to execute production plan and adjust operational activities. • You will be in charge of measuring, analyze and control line performance and labor variance and preparing related information and wherever necessary participate in standard audits (HACCP, ISO, GMP, etc.). • People Development is one of the most important focused areas and you will be responsible for the development of competencies of shop floor employees by specified training, coaching, and knowledge at the shop floor (e.g. "One Point Lessons") and support implementation leadership Practices. • Total Delivery Cost Mindset is one of the keys to success by identifying gaps and suggest improvements by regular review and analysis of usage variance for raw, packaging, and labor. Control the cost of production by efficient management.
