- Supervising the day-to-day operations of Production to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed - Complying with established policies, processes and procedures - Close monitoring of all Production procedures - Maintaining the world class food safety standards in place
Requirements
- BSc in food science/ industrial engineering - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same role in FMCG preferably bakery business - Advanced Reporting skills - Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills - Effective communication skills - English knowledge is a must
