- To lead and direct all production activities - To achieve the organization goals - To monitor productions in accordance with schedule and buget allocation. - To supervise the production standards & maintenance of machinery. - To collaborate in formulating process and production standards - To create the list of required supplies and to time track them. - To create solutions for more productive, up-to-date process utilizing latest technologies. - To analyze production data and to evaluate the compliance of process with plannings. - To track daily reports and to follow-up mismatches.
