Job Description

-Responsible to lead the production team to achieve the departmental objectives in terms of safety, health, environment, quality, and performance to ensure business continuity -Ensure implementation of HSE standard and practices for production area -Coordinate TPM activities -Regular review and analysis of usage variance for raw and packaging and labor -Ensure development of competencies of shop floor employee by specific training coaching and knowledge at the shop floor (one point lesson)

Requirements

-Bachelor/Master degree in food Safety Engineering -Between 2-5 years in food industry experience at high supervisory level -Deep familiarity with production planning -Technical knowledge of equipment -Good knowledge of 5S -Highly quality mind set -Good knowledge of food & personal safety -High commitment to HSE -Having problem solving mindset as well as team work spirit -Professional way of working along with positive attitude -Computer literate -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
