Job Description
-Establishing annual goals and strategic plans of the production based on company’s main policies.
-Making a robust plan to supply prerequisite components, material and tooling before each production episode.
-Monitoring the compliance of goals and plans to ensure tracking and doing things regularly.
-Reporting current production progress including offers to resolve goals and plans conflicts.
-Designing specific instructions for start a new production plan such as component supply, assembly schedule and commercial unit request.
-Analysis of company’s different units’ problems and providing analytical and managerial reports and decision making
