Job Description

- Planning & Controlling and preparing production reports - Preparing the Master Production Scheduling (MPS) on a daily and weekly basis - Preparing the Packing plan on a daily basis - Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products -Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay - Sending the materials and packaging items to the factories - Sending the finished products to the distributing companies - Handling brand registrations and doing the necessary follow-ups - Prepare and submit status and performance reports and Controlling Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Keep paperwork organized - Handling and analyzing the difficulties which occur during the production

Requirements

- University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, and Commercial Management. - More than two years in production or production planning or demand planning. - SC technical skills: S&OP process, Demand Planning Process, KPIs and reporting - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and planning experience - Mathematical understanding - Good command of English language - Perfect MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word) Traits: Meticulous, hardworking, flexible, multitasking capability, team working, energetic, self-motivated, positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility
