- Providing the documents like motion time study, flow diagram, capacity study & realization/deviation ratio. - Monitoring of logistic activities , resources & follow up the supply chain issues. - Preparing the layout, updating the work instruction & patterns. - Coordinating the issues between production & marketing departments. - Planning for production lines, controlling the plan vs actual, analyzing the deviations. - Controlling of product & raw material Warehouses. - Organizing the activities to achieve delivery deadlines. - Controlling execute plans using related software & defined indexes. - Prepare the reports of daily progress, OEE, performance in production lines. - Cost & resources control in various level of planning.
