Job Description

A leading company in medical laboratory devices and kits is looking for a right candidate to supervise and manage all aspects of operations related to the production of medical devices, in specific, IVD kits, and reagents. Roles: ● Work with consultants as the focal point of the company in order for documentation and ISO certification (ISO 13485). ● Plan, review, and control the adjustment of production and packaging programs and targets. ● Negotiate with contract manufacturers for the best planning of production at the best time. ● Forecast and order materials and supplies (including raw materials, peripherals, supplies, and packaging items). ● Provide statistics of different units and organizations. ● Material planning by consideration of production plans. ● Supervise production steps and troubleshooting in contractor sites. ● Work closely with marketing, purchasing, operations, and finance teams to plan and monitor inventory levels and production lead times. ● Collaborate with the sales team in analyzing the sales forecast, by completing the assets, raw materials, manpower requirements, and customer demands, and following up on the actual production results. ● Develop long-term and short-term plans for increasing production capacity and decreasing costs. ● Supervise inventory of raw materials and packaging Items. ● Overall project control and ISO management. ● Quantitative and qualitative monitoring of production steps. ● Management and evaluation of production personnel. ● Quality control and tech-ops.
