You are supposed to ensure continuous operations for ensuring quality products as per the given plan and strict adherence to hygiene, safety, quality standards, cost, environmental needs to fully achieve production plan on time. Ensuring that the production is carried out as per Production Supervisor instructions. A DAY IN THE LIFE … • Responsible to ensure personal safety & safety of others under his responsibility always in the working area. Assist Operator I in conducting risk assessments that are up to date, risk predictions that are done when it is required and updating of safety map on regular bases. • Responsible to do all operations as per QMS, SOPs and Work Instructions. Responsible for ensuring cleaning & hygiene of the area including equipment, floor, doors, windows, etc. as per GMP and HACCP is constantly followed. Responsible for NGMP, NQMS and maintain FTR as per target. • Responsible for vertical set up & startup of equipment, support the development of the team's functional competencies as backups for his machine and controlling of operational parameters and maintaining documentation for traceability. Responsible to eliminate unplanned stoppages and optimize planned stoppages & rework to achieve AI target. • Responsible for daily physical closing & cross checking of materials as per SAP reports, secure accuracy of data entry and FIFO is followed and responsible for accurate capturing of material consumption on SAP. Ensure that consumption of raw & packaging materials as per standard loss & support the projects to achieve "Zero" waste.
