Job Description
● Manage and control production line efficiency.
● Optimize production cycle times.
● Manage product scrap reduction.
● Document production processes and new products process flow, process documentation, and process plan.
● Manage continual improvement in the production department.
● Identify and analyze the defects of products produced and provide remedial action to resolve the problem.
● Control and maintain the implementation of 5S in the production hall.
● Produce planning in monthly, weekly, and daily time periods in accordance with each of the production sections according to customer needs.
● Oversee market research, and customer requirements to help define new products.
● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product features.
● Write technical reports and cost estimates for new products.
● Conduct job duties, safety training, and other training sessions with personnel.
● Supervise strict observance of safety regulations and HSE.
