Requirements

• PharmD or PhD degree. • More than 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a production manager. • Fluent in GMP and FDA regulations and ISO requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to communicate with all people at all levels. • Familiarity with the production process of soft gelatin capsule. • Ability to handle any production problem in case of occurrence. • Ability to analysis of production data to compare production operations with planning schedule. • Skilled in using labor and equipment to achieve production goals.
