Job Description

-Responsible for executing all the production processes' procedures in production lines -Planning and organizing production schedules -Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers -Fix any type of production problems -Preserving compliance of company's policies, safety standards, quality specifications, regulatory requirements, and sanitation practices -Recruitment, training and evaluation in order to provide enough personnel and skilled workers for manufacturing -Present and analyze production reports -Take all necessary actions to manage and reduce production costs and improve profitability
