Job Description

- Identifying the planning and production processes of the organization and determining the indicators of its monitoring and measurement. - Providing CEO and factory authorities with suggestions for improving the production line in order to get production efficiency. - Encouraging and appreciating the improvement activities undertaken by staff or work groups. - Dividing tasks between subordinate staff and monitoring their activities. - Receiving customer orders from the sales unit and communicating continuously with the sales manager to meet customer requirements. - Planning the production and monitoring its implementation. - Determining the delivery due of raw materials and declaring it to the warehouse or purchase unit. - Monitoring and collaborating on periodic warehouse handling. - Checking the status of realization of goals and plans related to each unit through incoming reports continuously. - Identifying the risks and opportunities associated with the factory processes and trying to control them. - Collaborating on planning product design which includes guidelines for production, product quality control and maintenance. - Performing capacity measurement of machinery and production lines. - Investigating the location of machinery and material flow in the production process and cooperating in optimizing it. - Tracking corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance. - Participating and supporting employees in improvement activities. - Reviewing the results of monitoring and measurement of plant-related processes and taking actions to make improvements. - Contacting with contractors related to the production or the factory regarding the requirements related to production, product or service. - Identifying production problems and providing solutions to improve the situation. - Collaborating with quality control manager to reduce production losses and improve product quality. - Collaborating with technical director for product development and new product offerings. - Continuous monitoring of the production to produce high quality products in accordance with the announced production plan. - Continuous monitoring of maintenance activities of machinery and equipment. - Identifying employee needed training program. - Reporting to the CEO about the performance of production, waste and product maintenance on a continuous basis. - Analyzing the information and monitoring results and measurement of production processes.
