Job Description

* The position is related to Actero production plant. -Planning and organizing production schedules -Assessing project and resource requirements -Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers -Preparation and reviewing of the related SOPS & their execution -Ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality -Ensure that the required initial and continuing training of the department -Review the compliance of internal and external audits -Monitor yield of each batch and to bring down the process loss -Monitoring of storage conditions for materials and products -Selecting ordering and purchasing materials -Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment -In addition to above, works assigned by Plant Head Responsible for: -Planning and execution of validations for all equipment and personnel -Performance qualification and execution of any new equipment -Calculation and planning of required media, vials, rubber stoppers and biological indicators for routine validation -Environmental monitoring suitability -Ensure personnel hygiene of the staff in manufacturing & packaging areas -Counter checking of process checks records during production and packing activities -Counter checking of BPRR, BPAR & equipment log books against entries -Final checking of BPRR / BPAR and signing the completed record -Checking of BPRR, BPAR, Validation documents, TBMP and TTD before finalization -Updating of daily production report -Preparation of Work in process and Yield statements for every month -Control of contamination -Ensuring the availability of consumables required for production activities
