Zarifpolymer PJSCO as a major manufacturer of disposable medical equipment, is searching for a production manager. You can manage all aspects of manufacturing and make practical and helpful results out of your job. You have to: • Supervise factory workers to ensure optimum performance and fully compliance with safety measures • Introduce creative methods to enhance efficiently by exploiting modern technologies and processes • Make optimal decisions on adding/not adding more machines or overtime work • Properly utilize labor and equipment to achieve production goals • Control the production of products in accordance with schedules and allocations • Employ, train and evaluate subordinates in order to meet general production targets • Analyze the production data to measure the deviation of the actual performance from production planning • Devise appropriate production processes • Do material, machine capacity and manpower requirement planning • Plan the product type/mix • Devise a quality control scheme for each product, respectively • Apply effective employee incentive mechanisms
