Job Description
• Coordinating with sales coordinator for the Work order
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Control and requisition of Packaging and raw materials
• Overseeing production processes
• Monitoring the minimum finished goods stock
• Production staff duty scheduling
• Scheduling Production by coordinating with delivery schedule
• Material requisition to the purchase department base on work order confirmation.
• Recording the raw material input
• Recording and controlling production wastage (raw material/packaging material…etc.)
• Daily production reports
• Production staff attendance logging.
• Coordination– Production /maintenance
• Coordinating with maintenance for the preventive maintenance schedules
• Consumables control and inventory
