Job Description
- Lead the production team to achieve the departmental objectives in terms of safety, health, environment, quality, and performance to ensure business continuity (main responsibility) - Ensure implementation of HSE standard and practices for production area - Coordinate TPM activities - Regular review and analysis of usage variance for raw and packaging and labor
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in food Safety Engineering - Between 2 - 5 years in food industry experience at high supervisory level - Deep familiarity in production planning - Technical knowledge of equipment - Good knowledge of 5S -Highly quality mind set - Good knowledge of food & personal safety -High commitment to HSE - Having problem solving mindset as well as team work spirit - Professional way of working along with positive attitude and motivation. - Computer literate - It’s necessary to have minimum five years of experience in managerial position in food industries. - Good knowledge of Production process in food field industry. - Good knowledge of Principles of Supervision and Management. - Dominate the concepts of productivity, operation management, and performance improvement. - Ideal Age Range: 25 – 40
