• Planning and Scheduling Production Coordinating with sales coordinator for the Work order Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary Control and requisition of Packaging and raw materials Overseeing production processes Monitoring the minimum finished goods stock Production staff duty scheduling Scheduling Production by coordinating with delivery schedule • Recording & Requisition of data Material requisition to the purchase department base on work order confirmation. Recording the raw material input Recording and controlling production wastage (raw material/packaging material…etc.) Daily production reports Production staff attendance logging. • Additional duties Coordination– Production /maintenance Coordinating with maintenance for the preventive maintenance schedules Consumables control and inventory
