Job Description

- Monitoring and controlling the production process at all stages of the process - Receiving production plan from plan and plan unit and proceeding to produce products in accordance with daily schedule - Supervising the performance of all staff under supervision and striving to increase productivity by properly utilizing human resources, equipment and raw materials - Investigating of production deviations and corrective and preventive measures - Receiving raw materials needed from the warehouse as needed and formulation based on day production - Providing daily and monthly production statistics -Trying to do all the things related to optimal production of products and reduction of production waste - Assisting in the preparation of ITP production and development of relevant procedures and guidelines - Full knowledge of meat formulation especially sausages - Compliance with all safety and health and environmental regulations and regulations of the organization when traveling on the production line and on site - Examining and repairing of machinery and taking appropriate measures to ensure the capability of the machinery

Requirements

- At least master degree in food industry - Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience - Mastering the concepts of production management and kaizen - Mastering the analysis of systems, methods and re-engineering work processes - Being familiar with ISO 22000 and HACCP Food Safety Standards - Being familiar with to the principles of PRPs and the principles of GHP, GMP - Having cost management skills, time management, stress management
