Job Description

● Supervise and coordinate the execution of well intervention activities (including but not limited to Well testing, stimulation, logging, slackline, coiled tubing, gas lift valve change, fishing, perforation, BPV installation/retrieval, wellhead maintenance, and any other wells-related activities). ● Prepare and review well intervention programs. ● Check the integrity of sub-contractor-supplied equipment, tools, and materials. ● Ensure safe and efficient execution of operations by sub-contractors. ● Scrutinize daily operation reports from the well services sub-contractor and send them out. ● Ensure data management of well operations activities in collaboration with RE dept. ● Partake in after-action reviews of good activities. ● Prepare periodical reports of the department (weekly, monthly, and annual) ● Organize and report after-action reviews of good activities. ● Direct well control in the event of any abnormal or emergency situations arising from the well operations. ● Partake in well and facility performance reviews to generate and propose production enhancement initiatives. ● Verify subcontractors' service tickets and invoices and collaborate in contract management. ● Act as contract holder in accordance with SIPC Iran contract management policy and procedure if applicable. ● Collect, quality check (QA/QC), validate site raw data then distribute out. ● Prepare operation summary reports, a quality check of all Subcontractor’s summary reports then submits them to clients. ● Collaborate in well and gas lifting performance monitoring and troubleshooting and contribute to well service operation program. ● Ensure maximum production capacity through optimization of good intervention and stimulation operations. ● Aid completion/work over-engineer for optimization and designing of completion string and artificial lift systems. ● Collaborate with chemical engineers for the provision of chemicals and materials and optimization of chemical injection. ● Assist in preparing Work Program and Budget (WPB). ● Support preparing long-term forecasts, annual development strategies, and production plans and programs.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering. ● At least 10 years of experience in well operation in the Oil industry; at least 5 years in a supervisory position with a proven track record. ● Valid IWCF/other Well control accreditations. ● Knowledge of Well completion and intervention operation and equipment (coiled tubing, slackline, well testing, stimulation, logging, gas lift system, perforation, wellhead, and X-mas tree). ● Knowledge of Well services contracts. ● Knowledge of the practical application of petroleum engineering science and technology, including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and perform operational activities. Technology skills: ● Computer literacy. ● Microsoft Office. ● Oilfield management. ● Well modeling software (PROSPER, and PIPESIM). ● Well test analysis software (Kappa Saphir, Pan System, FAST, etc.). ● Stimulation design software (Stim CADE, Stim Pro, Well Book, etc.). ● Fluent in English as the official language of the company.
