Job Description
Contribute in development and implementation of well operation program Supervise site activities including but not limited to SL, Eline, CTU, WT, acidizing, pumping, WHM and chemical injection Overall site coordination of well intervention work activities Daily report compiling including activities, NPT, fluids on site, vol pumped, etc Ensure all works carried out are with valid PTW Liaison with site surface production team, PE, RE, and others Validation of all production data such as well/process data, well test data, sampling results to ensure high quality reporting and record keeping for internal and accounting purposes. Verifying contractors' field tickets Compile operation summary reports Assist and input guidelines and procedures for well operations when required
Requirements
Engineering degree in petroleum or equivalent. Others with hands on experience and with good spoken and written skills can be considered. English is the official company working language, the ability to speak Chinese will be an advantage. Minimum 10 years of technical experience in the oil & gas industry with exposure in production operations including field operations, with minimum 5 years of which in direct hands on/supervision of well intervention activities in one or more of the following: slickline, Eline, CTU, well testing, drilling/WO operation. Analytical, able to understand complexity of oil and gas production wells, recognize potential opportunities and threats to the production wells and ability to respond accordingly. Able to interact and work in a multiracial and multicultural/nationalities environment. Basic supervisory and leadership skills.
