POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: CulNes Plant/ Qazvin /Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time Bachelor’s Degree POSITION SUMMARY As production Controller you will be responsible to manage all production transactions within the SAP software, order raw and packing material from Warehouses as well as coordinating the inventory and monthly closing with Administration. A DAY IN THE LIFE … • Process orders & Data Management: You need to Launch the production orders and Order the raw and Packing Material from Warehouses and capture Production feedback and material consumption into SAP & SAM also you need to order and follow up the stock of sundry materials • Controlling the Production Line: You will be responsible to update the rework generation, usage, and monitoring labor & material usage variance as well as checking Quality phases and make sure that we comply with FEFO & FIFO • Coordinating: You are accountable to coordinate the inventory and monthly closing with administration And discuss all variances with line supervisors and plant managers also you need to participate in monthly closing of stocks, stock counting and work closely with the Finance team for the SAP regular transactions. • TDC Mindset: Identify gaps and suggest improvements by regular review and analysis of usage variance for raw, packaging and labor.
