The Product Specialist is the key point of contact between our company and the HCPs (Health Care Providers) in generating awareness, promoting products/services, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products/services.
She/He forms the platform of the company in front of the physicians, shares the vision, and achieves the given objectives.
Key responsibilities:
● Exploring the business possibilities and opportunities.
● Planning and organizing appointments and meetings with physicians and HCPs.
● Presenting products/services to the HCPs in the relevant field.
● Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
● Achieving sales targets.
● Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with HCPs.
● Travelling to various destinations and visiting potential HCPs.
● Attending and organizing conferences and meetings.
● Writing and providing weekly and/or monthly sales reports to the CRM.
