Measure and report performance of all products and assess against goals Manage and improve customer experiences Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests Analyze and monitor all local telecom activities and products and update marketing team Research, communicate and plan for new VAS product Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends

Requirements

B.Sc. in IT, marketing or related field 2years’ of experience in VAS and/or telecom related companies Experience in Products developments Marketing data analytics and tools Customer experience and satisfaction
