Job Description

● Analyze and design business processes. ● Define clients' requirements and create a product roadmap. ● Manage control project planning. ● Follow backlogs and data and make sure everything is ongoing. ● Follow up, manage, and gather tasks. ● Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. ● Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.

Requirements

● Previous working experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Product Manager for at least two years. ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar relevant fields. ● In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. ● Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills. ● Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Creative thinker with a vision. ● Attention to detail. ● Experienced in Agile methodology (Preferably Scrum framework). ● Ability to turn requirements into user stories to present to the software development team. ● Ability to business process modeling. ● Experience working with Prototype production tools. ● Experience working with the "Jira" task management tool. ● Ability to create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog. ● Ability to product planning, documentation, and track related activities. ● Ability to conduct analysis sessions, interact with stakeholders, and the software development team.
