Job Description

-Define the product plan and product roadmap (EOL Plan, Transition Chart) -Product Positioning (features, Specs, USPs) -Solely in charge as NPI operation (New Product launch) with all stakeholders in & out of the company via well-contributing supplier -Managing the costumer journey map including experience, solution and any other interaction like feedbacking -Provide the product & price positing reports to assist ordering process for choosing the bet probable products in terms of; feature, price, Brand etc., as per the domestic market demand and competitiveness situations -Contribute in pricing analysis (top-down and bottom-up) for the most efficient price strategies as well as meet healthy stock level -Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses report which called market intelligence comprehensive report -Initiate & conduct PSI chain through the company by close cooperation with all respective stakeholders like; sales, commercial -Evaluate and predict customers’ needs, insights and desires by conducting required research projects (big or small as per the case) to meet the best product market fit approach across the value chain (consumer/customer/company) as well as; find opportunities to expand business horizontally or vertically -Prepare master training materials/contents to be used for internal (sales, service etc.) and external (Dealers, FSMs, Service Technicians) training purposes -Involve to make product MCP (Marketing Communication Package) for all products before launching with Mar-Com. & IMC team members -Analyze and obtain basic and important information data like; market size & market share via close communication with sales and other related functions -Monitor & Assess voice of market (dealers, sales persons) frequently -Design and Develop product marketing campaigns (promotion, ads., branding) and then supervise to make sure that the execution is going as per the plan -Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & reviewing publications/articles to make sure that PML acts as a main source of product

Requirements

-At least 2 years related experience in the similar business (IT products) -Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially; Excel & PowerPoint -Experience in working with foreign suppliers -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related fields -Excellent communication & negotiation skills -Fluent in English
