Job Description

Alibaba is hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing programs and blend ultimate customer needs into our products, alongside expert and hardworking teams. Product Marketing Managers would do their best to absorb the essence of market, end user’s mind, competition and trends and work his/her way to persuade the team to develop whatever seems necessary. Responsibilities: ● Develop, evaluate and continually review marketing programs for assigned products to ensure the programs meet the established objectives. ● Create effective marketing strategies and plans in support of promoting our products to new and existing users ● Develop and implement promotional activities such as social media advertising, search engine campaigns, SMS and email marketing campaigns for assigned products ● Plan and direct the development of the communications program for assigned products and manage the implementation of the material. ● Analyze market trends to position products. ● Develop unified messaging and try to deliver USPs to customers. ● Work with internal teams (Marketing, product, customer service, and commercial) to gather feedback to inform and improve marketing programs. ● Evaluate projects using relevant success factors.

Requirements

● Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry. ● Demonstrable experience leading and planning SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. ● Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, performance marketing, and inbound marketing. ● Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. ● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Strong project management and organizational abilities.
