Job Description
● Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
● Develop products regarding sales, marketing, pricing, and product strategy.
● Plan and prioritize product backlog based on the product state.
● Supervise employees.
(Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.)
● Monitor external affairs or events affecting business operations.
● Coordinate special events or programs.
● Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments.
● Follow our competitors and the industry.
● Determine pricing or monetary policies.
● Negotiate with local suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
● Keep up with agile development best practices and new trends and the ability to implement them in the team.
● Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
● Discuss the product UX with the product designers and make sure the output of the UX team is according to the requirements.
