- Reviewing the statistical trends of customers' purchases and providing appropriate solutions to improve the sales process.
- Investigating customer complaints and handling them, transferring quality problems to the factory.
- Introducing the product to key customers.
- Product knowledge training and product launch.
- Introducing business plans to the sales team.
- Preparation of statistical and analytical management report.
- Coordinating events and training sessions for customers.
- Review of new products of competitors, changes in the package, promotions of competing companies, marketing activities of competitors.
- Reviewing the sales trend of the product group, coverage percentage, and identifying sales growth potentials.
- Planning, control, and management to achieve the weighted goals of the product group.
