Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for an experienced, talented software product manager to help us shape our product. •Main Responsibilities: -Responsible for the vision and profitability of our products -Works closely with Technology, sales, and Client Services teams, in order to build & enhance products from existing ideas -Help develop new concepts based on industry -Research and the needs of customers and prospects -Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to drive the products strategy and road-map, in order to meet business goals and execute successful software releases covering support, operations, communication, documentation & sales

Requirements

-Ability to analyze the customer behavior, product road map, customer journey map and unique values -Deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruption -Good understanding of the modern software development lifecycle, the developer persona, and the security space -Customer Experience and KPI-driven mindset that focuses on delivering delightful solutions with measurable success -Candidates should be Energetic, fast-paced and capable to work closely with other departments -Broad understanding of the market trends around Java, Java frameworks and JVM language -Strong software engineering foundation and a track record of driving agile development -Analytical skills and ability to break down a problem and problem solving -In depth knowledge of agile methodology for product development -He/She should be obsessed about scoping and prioritization -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 38
