Job Description
-Manage all new product development projects, planning launch/go to market plan for new products
-Develop deep understanding of consumers, market, competitors, achieve strong insights and deliver practical analysis to identify opportunities and threats
-Analytical reports including sales analysis, sales distribution percentage
-Cooperate with marketing research team in qualitative and quantitative projects
-Train Sales team about product knowledge and market opportunities
-Developing and improving employer brand
-Frequent visit to the market and gather information about market share, trends and future prospects
-Introducing and marketing new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
-Obtaining product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies
