Job Description
• prepare strategic roadmap and marketing plan for each product category
• manage all new product development projects, Planning launch/go to market plan for new products
• Develop deep understanding of consumers, market, competitors, achieve strong insights and deliver practical analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• IMC Planning include ATL and BTL campaigns, Communicate and interact with advertising agencies
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Prepare Consumer promotions
• Analytical reports including sales analysis, sales distribution percentage
• Briefing Design team, digital marketing, advertising team to make correct positioning in the market
• Cooperate with marketing research team in qualitative and quantitative projects
• cooperate with Trade marketing department
• Survey CRM and customer complaints
• Frequent visit to the market and gather information about market share, trends and future prospects
• Train Sales team about product knowledge and market opportunities
