FOUMAN CHIMIE BEHDASHT Co. is the subsidiary of FOUMAN CHIMIE industrial group (Personal Care) This position is responsible for New Product Development (NPD) / Existing Product Development (EPD) o Main Tasks: • Planning and directing of NPD/EPD projects • Coordinating and making an effective relationship between key department of organization such as Marketing, Technical R&D, supply chain, Graphic designing, financial, production and especially sales & distribution channels. • Controlling NPD/EPD Project Schedule Progress. • Preparation of brief for packaging and labeling graphic design • Controlling of product’s gross Margin • Planning of product promoting • Planning and directing of product launching • Training of product knowledge to sales team. • Monitoring of product Availability and product visibility in the Market (outlets, sales point, retails) and competitors monitoring by market visit. • Controlling of product’s sales targets • Reporting to accountable of NPD/EPD projects • Monitoring of VOC reports o Number required: 1 o Desired start date: As soon as possible o Probation: 3 Months o Working hours: Sat-Wed: 8:00 - 17:15
