Job Description

•Main Objective: An opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager Iran, which will be responsible for implementing the overall marketing and competitive growth strategies for the respective product line. It will also require monitoring and reporting on the positioning of the product/s in the market to all the areas to allow suitable decision-making, and presenting the product to the field force and main clients. •Main Responsibilities: -Ensure flawless marketing strategy implementation in the designated area -Monitor and communicate brands performance based on customer feedback & market research -Update & analyze customer data sheets in their region -Act as a point of reference for all product knowledge and marketing related inquiries -Present products to external customers in DGMs and internally in cycle meetings and internal training sessions -Prepare & update hospital introductory files -Implementation of marketing events branding, and represent the company in these events

Requirements

-Minimum 1 year of relevant product management experience in Iran within a multinational pharmaceutical environment -Prior experience with sales and/or medical affairs functions would be a plus, but not mandatory -Sound knowledge of marketing strategies and different marketing activities -Profound knowledge of regulatory, commercial and clinical issues affecting industry -Excellent English language skills written and spoken -Capability of communication effectively cross functions and with various level of management -Pro-activity and self-motivation and ability of inspiring and motivating others -Understand and adhere to the corporate policies and procedures -High teamwork value understanding and ability to work cross functionally -Resource planning and decision making abilities -Business oriented thinking & apparent business acumen -Willingness to travel for business as needed
