Job Description

The Production Manager has responsibility for paper mill different department include pulp , paper machine,… to ensure the safety policies, procedures and housekeeping standards are followed and consistently enforced among crews. Monitor critical items, measuring the paper machine areas and implement the appropriate corrective measures to address deficiencies, utilizing up to dated information, Tools are critical. Main Responsibilities: • Must follow Rasha Caspian paper industries’ production and standard processes, procedures and policies, as applicable, to the position’s areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper. • This position is responsible for leading safety improvements in their work area, writing and achieving annual planned production and developing capital plans to achieve quality goals, Achieve % Productivity Performance as measured by Other Waste %, Availability %, and Speed %, reducing downtime%, Winder Trim and basis weight. • This person is responsible for the management, training and development of the mill (except utility and effluent department )raw material inlet , dosing ,fiber slushing stock preparation , paper machine, crews are shift managers, production engineers ,simple crews all in a unionized environment Career Opportunity: Responsible for managing the Paper Mill Departments that includes Paper Machine, Stock Prep and Finishing. Responsible for all activities in the department including safety, environmental, quality & customer satisfaction, cost, production, maintenance planning, capital project support, people development, and employee & labor relations.
