•Main Objective: Training, sales and marketing of Advanced Surgery products
-Sales and marketing of advanced hemostatic and sealing products for surgical wounds
-Visit Surgeons and medical equipment team of hospitals all around Iran
-Support surgeons during operation
-Deal with Key Opinion Leaders and get market feedback for each product on a regular basis.
-Regular visits of surgeons and OR staff to monitor product availability and movement
-Apply territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both surgeons and allied HCP’s
-Hold work shop and training for surgeons in Iran
-Supervise and manage the medical representative team
-Provide ongoing medical and product training to associates and sales representatives
-Participation in congresses, events and exhibitions all around Iran and outside Iran
-Telephone counseling for doctors
-Provide Advance Surgery promotional materials and sales tools
-Reporting to: Marketing Manager and General Manager
-Doctorate in Medicine
-Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
-Sales, marketing, surgery, medical device, good Selling Skills
-Strong communication skills
-Task orientation, Technical knowledge and hardworking
-Excellent knowledge of English Language
-Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office)
-Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40
-Travel requirements: travel inside and outside Iran
-Current Residence: Tehran
