Job Description

● To liaise with ITS, Technical vendors, MKT, etc., to support team activities related to productivity growth. ● To collaborate with LR and AR in Regulatory raised issues in related digital areas. ● To convince top management to accept competitive marketing and business schemes with less attractive financial projections. ● To facilitate the delivery of company needs and requirements to Business partners and vice Versa intracompany collaboration, interface across the company with Network Group, ITS, Marketing, Sales, and Legal and Regulatory divisions to ensure buy-in and execution of the product development strategies and plans. ● To manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. ● To introduce new products to market by analyzing market requirements and technology push; preparing ROI analyses; establishing time schedules for GTM. ● To stay aware of related regulations, market trends, and competitor activities. ● To collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to provide product pricing, business models, and third-party agreements. ● To negotiate internally and externally for allocating resources for the projects. ● To negotiate, convince, and onboard new business partners (SPs, and CPs) on the assigned projects. ● To collaborate closely with the digital product delivery team to provide a product roadmap. ● To ideate, develop, monitor, and enhance feedback loops to gather customer data to improve the customer journey, increase NPS and score high on the voice of customer programs. ● To run market research and provide the status of existing MTNIrancell digital P&S within the market. ● To provide and conduct GTM plans, campaigns, and promotions to fulfill product positioning, user base, and/or revenue objectives. ● To conduct life cycle management for assigned P&Ss. ● To actively manage overall planning of marketing, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, competitive and situational analysis, and communication plan for ATL/BTL in cooperation with brand and product team for assigned projects. ● To contribute with department managers and senior managers in designing and implementing internal and external digital strategy and roadmap. ● To review and analyze product performance reports, spot improvement areas, and provide guidelines to the team to boost P&S performance. ● To raise requests for needed platforms, enhancements, features, and commercial advertisements required by the business to the related team and ensure its implementation. ● To manage the performance of business partners, including their performance, issues, and follow-ups, time to resolve 3rd part problems, and timely reports for the line manager. ● To actively participate in events and exhibits with the team to introduce company development on digital business. ● To manage to generate and validate different reports, including Adhoc for line manager and other requesters on digital business and team activities.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing or Communications) or related fields. ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising or managing others. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization.
