Job Description

- Awareness of the needs and desires of customers of the desired product; - Draw the goals and performance indicators of the product in general and for each feature and ensure - Perform the necessary measures to achieve them; - Drawing a product development plan and coordinating with the relevant units to present them; - Provide product marketing programs and achieve assurance of achieving goals; - Continuous monitoring of product performance indicators and periodic reports; - Examining competitors' actions, market situation, changing innovative developments and presenting periodic reports; - Presenting product development plans according to customer needs as well as product development plan; - Interacting with companies providing various services, for concluding contracts, providing services and monitoring their performance in the product platform; - Provide promotional / incentive strategies to guide customers to use the product more; - Different analysis of product performance;

Requirements

special skills: - Familiarity with marketing principles, advertising and marketing researches computer skills: - Good ICDL, specially Excel & MSP skills, general skills: - Ability to coordinate and analysis - Has the spirit to do teamwork - Work experience of at least 3 years as product expert or brand manager in FMCG industry (preferably cosmetics)
