Job Description
• Identifies and validates key marketing and business drivers and builds marketing strategy (including brand positioning and business plans) and plans accordingly
• Market, consumer and competitive intelligence: develop deep understanding, achieve strong insights and deliver actionable analyses
• Definition of products and product quality; lead product development
• Drive innovation for key projects/brands: identify innovation opportunities based on consumer insights and market/consumer trends and discontinuities; lead innovation projects and brand/product launches
• Definition of assortment
• Sizing and pricing
• Packaging: structural packaging and design, packaging ownables
• Communication (ATL and BTL) and media plans and executions
• Consumer promotions
• Brand activation at the POS: sales material, POS material, samplings, tastings, road shows etc
• Brand/project specific trade programs, tailor made promotions and Category Management within the framework of SOLICO/Bonny Chow’s trade marketing activities
• Manage relationships with key partners (market research, communication and design departments/agencies etc)
• Define brand’s/project’s marketing budget
• Marketing reporting
