- Determining important product characteristics and product development
- Feasibility study and quality planning of new products (Feasibility Study)
- Review product information so that the sales team is aware of the latest developments
- Research and evaluation of customers' tendencies towards current and new products
- Participate in the preparation of the annual marketing plan and advertising control, help the sales unit, in accordance with the annual marketing plan (Annual Plan)
- Accurate and complete review of product production methods and registration and compilation of existing technical information
- Supervising the implementation of correct methods in the process of operation and production
- Cooperating with contractors and providing the services and solutions they need
- Coordination and cooperation with the market development unit for market research
- Analyze research results in order to suggest a new product design
