Job Description

Mission: • To implement company marketing strategy for treating high value customers (HVC) and developing products within the consumer market segments to retain and attract mobile consumers • To develop assigned products with the objective of maximizing revenue, customer satisfaction, minimizing churn and exploring revenue opportunities within the market segments. • Responsible for researching, developing and launching new products and responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs. Task Complexity: • To develop new products /services and acquisition offers intended to annual strategies of company and MKT based on scheduled and agreed scope/schedule. • To monitor market trends in terms of market share and product trends to identify potential areas for the development of new products and acquisition offers. • To support integration of new products requirements with technical specifications (such as billing systems, feature sets, network design). • To prepare tender documents to perform efficient and effective tenders related to assigned products. • To ensure proper rollout of products and services throughout the wide geography of Iran. • To prepare GTMs “Go to Market plans” for new products and ensure their implementation. • To monitor team products performance including but not limited to postpaid, HVC, MNP on their life cycle, provide different reports and during their life cycle. • To coordinate change on available strategic changes based on feedbacks/objectives. • To work on assigned products, coordinate them based on schedule including enriching postpaid products and related processes. • To receive requests from authorities (especially CRA) on assigned products and follow product changes, product development and business process enhancements with related teams specially L&R. • To support manager for development of products roadmap by providing inputs for the various functional units, researching on market and related data analysis. • To support manager in identifying opportunities in market for products also conducting products risk management. • To support manager in relation with stakeholders of assigned products to ensure alignment between stakeholders and company targets. • To support Legal division at the time they need marketing consultancy to answer CRA and other authorities’ queries on assigned products • To attend trade shows, exhibitions and press conferences to introduce team products and acquisition offers to the public. • To develop and monitor new products /services and acquisition offers intended to annual strategies of company, market analysis based on scheduled and agreed scope/schedule • To provide regular feedback on product requirements for local markets, including product specification functionality, pricing and translation needs. • To assess customer needs and requirements for defined segments of new products and acquisition offers. • To control assigned product quality and test functionality after requirement development and ensure the requirement is correctly captured. • To lead each product development project from conceptualization to maturity, placing special focus on the integrity of each step. • To develop, implement and manage cross-selling and up-selling campaigns using all available channels to increase revenues and offer extra value. • To formulating Customer Value Management plans for the assigned segment that attracts new subscribers to MTNIRANCELL. • To monitor and conduct post launch analyses of customer acquisition campaigns and update the dashboards accordingly after the launch of each promotion in terms of uptake, total number of targeted segment, extra revenues and channel used to reach the customers.

Requirements

Education: • B.Sc. in in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related • Fluent in English Knowledge: • Marketing Essentials • Financial analysis • Business process • Customer value Management • Project management Experience: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others • Experience working in a medium organization
